The three accused in the murder of a businessman from Nyeri County, Kenya will be arraigned on February 1.
The incident allegedly took place last December 19 at Kangemi village and two other men were also involved according to police reports filed by their testimonies during questioning this past week which led them into custody where they remain as investigations continue awaiting trial for now until next month’s court hearing date when more details are expected out about what caused such violent action between these individuals against one another.
The wife, prison officer and third suspect are set to face murder charges after a Nyeri court found that they should be prosecuted.
Dorcas Wambui Iguku (32), Benson Musili (27) Simon Kariuki(30) are accused of murdering the businessman on December 19 last year at Kangemi village in Nyeri County according two media reports by Nation Media Group journalist Amarah Furaha who attended court proceedings Monday morning as it happen live online broadcast using her phone camera while others followed suit through various social networking sites including Twitter where she posted updates despite being cautioned against doing so throughout instructions given earlier by presiding officers during preliminaries when all three defendants entered pleas not guilty before District Judge Edward Angima .
